Master planning and Work stage D for a commercial mixed use site on 80 Acres of Part Brown/part Green field land.
Masterplanning included remediation works, and development of 112 000 sqm of B8/B2/B1 sites
Co-ordination of £30 000 000 Site engineering works to include a two storey split level rail/freight interchange facility. Speculative B1 office developments and Speculative B2 and B8 Industrial units.
Phase 1: £80 million construction Cost. Developer and Land owner clients.

RIVERSIDE WAREHOUSE CONVERSION. KENDAL
Interior fit out of a 200 year old industrial warehouse for a printing firm. Conversion required full services fit out, building of a mezzanine office floor decorations.
